REQUIREMENTS

  • Eagerness and happiness is a must ;)
  • The minimum age to access the activity is 10 years accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Activities for all ages, suitable for kids, families, couples and friends.
  • Know how to swim (Boat Tours have easier policy).
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the activity.
  • Come with enough time: the length represents the total activity time (from loading to unloading).

  • Our waiting area and meeting point is at Playa del Arenal, in our boarding office.

  • The access is through the beach and it is not adapted for wheelchairs.
  • Please be at the boarding area 15 minutes before departure.

General conditions

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled boarding time.
  • The client will lose the right to any claim, return or reimbursement if they do not show up at the meeting point and at the time indicated on the day of the activity and when they voluntarily abandon the route once it has started.


All activities are shared.

  • In fast activities (speed boat, aqua rocket, jet ski, parasailing and banana boat) it is completely forbidden to board with backpacks, mobile phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.
  • To access the water activities it is necessary to know how to swim.
  • Forbidden to bring drinks on board.
  • The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.

Cancel conditions

  • The client can cancel his reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
  • The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
  • The skipper of the boat will be the one who makes the decision to accept or reject the client for safety reasons in the activity (build/age, weather, disability or pregnancy).
