*If you are over 65 years old, you are entitled to a refund of the Sa Dragonera park fee (1€). Please contact us at margarita@sacalmaboats.com with your ID and account number. You can also do it by phone at +34 638 779 001.

*** Please note that this ticket is non refundable. Boarding time closes 10min before the activity starts. The boat has to departure on time and cannot be delayed due to logistical reasons. Please arrive with enough time for parking as it can be difficult to find a spot, thank you***
BEFORE BOARDING THE BOAT, OUR STAFF MUST GIVE YOU THE DRAGONERA ENTRANCE TICKET.
General conditions
The packet offered as “All included”, includes the corresponding insurance, Skipper, petrol and any security material required by maritime law; In the final price, the corresponding VAT is included (10% art.91.uno.2.1ºLIVA).
The reservations confirmed with payment, will be named and with a tracer, these cannot be handed over, sold or transferred to a third person; Only if a family member due to illness cannot make use of the service, with prior written notification to SaCalmaBoats, another family member may make use of same.
The reservations are final and without rebate by SaCalmaBoats, unless due to some technical circumstance, of Force Majeure or Weather conditions making it impossible in this case that the Nautical activity take place; In this case, SaCalmaBoats reserves the right to alter the timetable, date or in this case, the rebate of the amount that was received from the user.
For obvious reasons of organization, satisfaction of our clients, quality of service and in respect of all the clients on board it is the responsability of the client with reservation and his/her obligation to take the necessary means to arrive before and on time for the hour reserved of the activity/activities at the place indicated on the reservation. In the case of delay of the client with reservation, his/her seat or seats may be occupied by other people and/or the activity in course; In these cases the client will have no right whatsoever to rebates and/or compensation. Out of high season SaCalmaBoats will try to change this or these reservations for another trip only when this be possible and without any obligation of the result.
All people undertaking any activity of SaCalmaBoats have the obligation to accept and respect the maritime rules and the rules and regulations of security indicated in the main kiosco and/or indicated by the staff of SaCalmaBoats.

The management reserves the right to alter any type of document, conditions of the products offered or prices at any moment without advise.

Cancel conditions
The client can cancel their booking up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected by weather and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without any right to compensation. Whenever possible, an alternative day will be offered.
The skipper of the boat will be the one to make the decision to accept or reject the client for reasons of safety in the activity (complexion/age, meteorology, disability or pregnancy).
